These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coaching services provided by Likeawomancan (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide coaching services designed to support personal and/or professional development.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical or legal services.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Coaching is a collaborative process and outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • You will participate honestly and actively in sessions

3. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking

  • Sessions may be delivered online, by phone, or in person (where applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, you may only cancel once per booking set (6, 9 or 12 sessions)

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality may be broken where:

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to you or others

Handwritten notes may be taken during sessions and are kept private and securely stored.

6. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided as part of our coaching services remain our intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching

  • We do not guarantee specific results

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:

  • These Terms are breached

  • The working relationship is no longer appropriate

You may also end the coaching relationship at any time, subject to any agreed notice or payment terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
